Rapid Dose Therapeutics Closes First Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement

BURLINGTON, Ontario – December 15, 2020 – Rapid Dose Therapeutics Corp. (“RDT” or the “Company”) (CSE: DOSE), a Canadian life sciences company focused on innovative drug and active ingredient delivery solutions, is pleased to announce the closing of the first tranche of a Non-Brokered Private Placement. The tranche consists of 3,599,370 Common Share Units at a price of $0.25 per Unit for net proceeds to the Company of $899,842.50. Each Unit consists of one Common Share and one Common Share Purchase Warrant which entitles the holder to acquire one Common Share of the Company at $0.40 per Share. The Share Purchase Warrants expire twenty-four months from the date of issuance.

The funds will be used by the Company to continue the commercialization of its proprietary drug delivery technologies and for general corporate purposes.
